Exchange Policy

At Magicmoon, we are committed to ensuring you find the right fit for your little ones! Please take a moment to review our exchange policy:

1. Exchange Only
   We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available only in case of a size issue. If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll be happy to exchange the item for you if the size is available.

2. Exchange Period
   To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back after this period will not qualify for an exchange.

3. Condition of Items
   The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
